Bryan Smith General Due to Slappey Drive being the main north/south downtown artery in Albany, there was/is a curfew over this crossing. Traisn were not allowed to cross at certain hours during the morning and afternoon due to heavy traffic. I have seen crewmen given citations for violating this curfew, under orders from the yardmaster. I never knew for certain but I am sure the railroad ended up paying the citation. 10/24/2011 8:37:43 PM
